Baked Tambaqui Band
Ingredients
-1 Band of Tambaqui
-3 cloves of minced garlic
-1 packet of chopped parsley
(without basil)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-2 sliced girl finger peppers
-1/2 cup of lemon juice
-1/2 glass of dry white wine
-1 cup of corn oil

How to prepare
Take the lemon juice with a little water and add to the salt,the red pepper and
the black pepper.Mix well and pour into a deep bowl that fits the fish hribs, leave each side for 1 hour with sauce (to be well seasoned).
Cut the leeks into slices and wash well.Set it a side.Break the asparagus stalk (if it
is fresh).In a pan with water give it a thermal shock so as not to continue
cooking. Set it a side.
On a baking sheet, place sliced tomatoes, onions, arrange the fish over them and
place the sliced olives, the leek and leave it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C
(356°F).
After roasting, drizzle with rum and asparagus and leave for another 3minutes.
